I've structured my commercial pricing to prioritize simplicity. There are three main components:
Photography Fee: A daily rate that's consistent across most projects. This includes my time and expertise on the shoot day, some pre-shoot preparations, and access to your initial proof gallery.
Usage Fee: Varies significantly depending on the number of images needed and how the images are used. For example, large organizations like Nikon or tourism boards typically incur higher usage fees due to extensive usage rights and a larger number of deliverables, while smaller businesses might have lower fees reflecting more limited usage and fewer edited images.
Additional Expenses: Includes things like model hiring fees, location costs, production planning, and any specialized equipment needed for the shoot.

Once our shoot wraps up, I'll deliver an initial proof gallery online, containing a wide selection of usable, unedited photos. From this gallery, you'll select your favorites for retouching. After you've made your selections, I'll complete the retouching process and deliver the final, high-resolution, professionally edited images ready for immediate download.

From there, I'll provide a clear and comprehensive quote outlining the costs we've discussed. Once approved, we’ll finalize any required paperwork, and then it's on creating images that tell your story.
